Reverend James Bhagwan

Secrétaire général - Secrétariat de la Conférence des Eglises du Pacifique

Le révérend James Bhagwan est un ministre ordonné de l'Église méthodiste des Fidji. Nommé par l'Assemblée générale en 2018, il s'est employé à relancer les relations de la PCC, à recruter de nouveaux partenaires et à accroître la visibilité de l'organisation, ainsi qu'à introduire un plan stratégique quinquennal. Le révérend Bhagwan est titulaire d'une licence en théologie du Pacific Theological College et d'une maîtrise en théologie de Corée.

 

Julie Chang-Tusulu

Directeur financier

Julie Chang-Tusulu leads the Finance and Administration team at the Pacific Conference of Churches (PCC). Before joining PCC, she brought her expertise to the World Council of Churches Pacific office and the renowned chartered accountancy firm KPMG. Julie’s responsibilities include planning, budget preparation, and overall administration. She also serves as a board member of the local NGO, Transcend Oceania. A graduate of the Fiji National University, Julie is an active member of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva.

Frances Namoumou

Programmes Manager/ Ecumenical Animator for Ecological Stewardship and Climate Justice

With over two decades of experience, Frances Namoumou has been a dedicated advocate in climate change, displacement, and disaster management. She has contributed her expertise to organizations such as the World Council of Churches and the Adventist Relief Agency. Currently, Frances leads the Ecological Stewardship and Climate Justice Ministry, overseeing all PCC Secretariat Programmes. A proud graduate of the University of the South Pacific, she is an active member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

 

Wilfer Rigamoto

Ecumenical Enabler for Ecological Stewardship

Wilfer began his journey with the Ecological Stewardship and Climate Justice Program as an intern in 2022. Upon successfully completing his internship, he joined PCC full-time. Working closely with Frances, he plays a key role in strategically utilizing resources and funding to support Pacific communities and churches. Together, they advocate for environmental protection and sustainability.  Wilfer holds a BA Sociology from the University of the South Pacific and is an active member of the Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma

 

Olivia Melissa Baro

Ecumenical Animator for Youth Engagement and Empowerment Ministry

Olivia Melisa Baro has dedicated nearly a decade to Scripture Union in Fiji, serving as a volunteer coordinator and taking on various leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marine Management from the University of the South Pacific. Olivia is deeply passionate about youth issues, youth spirituality, community engagement, and outreach. She is also a member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

 

 

Kinisimere Liku Saratibau

Ecumenical Enabler for Child Protection

Kinisimere Liku Saratibau serves as the Ecumenical Enabler for Child Protection within the Safe Churches Ministry. In this role, she works to ensure safe and nurturing spaces for Pasifika children across the region. Kinisimere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Language and is an active member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

GEOFFREY Nainoca est un comptable qui a servi comme missionnaire en Nouvelle-Zélande et en Afrique. Il siège au conseil d'administration d'un certain nombre d'organisations confessionnelles et est pasteur de l'église Gospel Brethren.

Kinisimere Saratibau

Assistant(e) administratif(ve)

KINI Saratibau a travaillé au bureau des communications de l'église méthodiste de Fidji avant de rejoindre le PCC. Elle aide aux travaux financiers et administratifs et est membre de l'Église méthodiste.

Elia Rakavono

Unité de gestion des actifs - Propriétés

ELIA Rakavono a commencé à travailler pour le PCC en tant qu'ouvrier occasionnel, assurant l'entretien de plusieurs de nos sites. Il occupe désormais le poste d'agent d'entretien, responsable de cinq bâtiments commerciaux et de quatre bâtiments résidentiels. Fort d'une solide expérience en menuiserie et en agriculture, Elia est membre de l'Église de Jésus-Christ des saints des derniers jours.

Subash Chand

Asset Management Unit – Properties and Security

SUBASH Chand est le plus ancien membre du personnel du PCC. Comme Sepo, il fait partie de l'équipe d'AMU depuis 3 ans, et apporte sa riche expérience et sa sagesse dans l'entretien des propriétés du PCC.

Iosefo Salabogi

Unité de gestion des actifs - Propriétés

IOSEFO Salabogi travaille depuis maintenant 3 ans au sein de l'unité de gestion des biens du secrétariat du PCC. Charpentier et agriculteur qualifié, Sepo, comme on l'appelle familièrement, est un élément essentiel de l'équipe de maintenance qui travaille avec diligence à l'entretien des propriétés de la PCC. Sepo est membre de l'archidiocèse catholique romain de Suva.

Teresia Founuku

Propriétés - Nettoyage et entretien

TERESIA Founuku travaille au secrétariat du PCC depuis deux ans. Elle est chargée du nettoyage et de l'entretien de nos bureaux et a été un atout majeur pour notre équipe. Sia est membre de l'archidiocèse catholique romain de Suva.
